He primarily handles cases in Criminal Law like cases pertaining to Anti-Corruption Laws, Prevention of Money Laundering Act, Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, Foreign Exchange Management Act, Serious Fraud Investigation Office cases, Official Secrets Act, Customs Act, White Collar Crimes Cases, Matrimonial Disputes Cases, Preventive Detention Matter, Food Adulteration Act, Unlawful Activities Prevention Act etc. A part from representing individual clients, he has represented MNCs, Banks, Financial Institutions, Insurance Companies before various Courts and Tribunals all over the Country. After completing his Bachelors in Economics (H) in 2016, Abhishek received his LLB in 2019 with a Gold Medal. Prior to joining the Firm, Abhishek contributed his knowledge and efforts to actualise India’s first ever Digital Lok Adalat for the State Legal Services Authorities of the states of Rajasthan and Maharashtra. In his role as Legal Researcher with the Delhi State Legal Service Authority, Abhishek not only advocated for legal awareness in society, but also explored innovative ideas to support marginalized communities.

As part of our Team, Abhishek makes significant contributions, appears and assists regularly in matters before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, District Courts and various Tribunals.
